Timothy Phillips began his service to the field of treatment and prevention in 1988 and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Westmoreland Drug Overdose Task Force which works to reduce substance use and overdose deaths throughout the county. Tim’s extensive work history on numerous advisory boards, organizations, and committees remains a testament to his dedication to the field of prevention and the communities he served. Tim obtained a BS in Human Resources from Geneva College, a BA in Communications from Edinboro University and several AOTD accreditations. Tim received several awards recognizing his contributions to his community. In addition to the CPA, Tim currently serves on the board of Balance and Restorative Justice Committee, Professional Recovery Organization Alliance, and Chairs the S.W. PA. Harm Reduction Coalition.
