With a desire to change his community, Lee became a Prevention Specialist with the Fayette County Drug and Alcohol Commission in 2017 and now serves as the Prevention Program Supervisor. From the start, the community felt Lee’s strong leadership presence through his work as a Community Mobilizer, Student Assistance Program Liaison, Project Coordinator for Effective Prevention in Connellsville Communities, and the many evidence-based prevention programs he facilitated throughout the county. In addition, Lee skillfully trained other prevention professionals in programs such as Positive Action and Strengthening Families Program 10-14. Lee holds a Coalition Business Administration Certification and acts as a consultant to the Pennsylvania Youth Survey Advisory Group. Lee’s leadership skills play a vital role in continuing CPA’s commitment to ensuring comprehensive prevention services to ALL communities throughout Pennsylvania. Separate from his professional life, Lee is dedicated to spending time with his husband, Sean, and their son Quest.
