Dr. Sean McCormick is the Associate Director of Public Health Programs at Latino Connection and is responsible for public health, prevention, health care access, quality, and community-clinical linkage programs. Prior to his current role, Dr. McCormick was the Assistant Director for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Tobacco Control Project, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Public Health Law Research Center studying opioid overdose prevention laws, an instructor at various local colleges and universities, and a certified tobacco treatment specialist providing services for the City of Philadelphia. Dr. McCormick’s research and program interests include health equity, prevention, capacity-building, community engagement, partnerships, health behavior change, and systems-change. He is also the Chair of the Delaware County Tobacco-Free Coalition.
