Rebecca Kishlock is the Director of Programs at Breathe PA, where she oversees program implementation, fiscal compliance, and team development. She also ensures the organization’s operational success, including grant compliance, comprehensive evaluation, and stewardship. Rebecca leads prevention initiatives focused on nicotine and tobacco education, asthma, COPD, and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) education. She collaborates with stakeholders, such as schools, administrators, Single County Authorities, and health departments, to build partnerships and increase prevention efforts.
With over 20 years of experience in community health, Rebecca specializes in tobacco prevention, education, and advocacy. She has worked with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to implement strategies to reduce health disparities. In addition to her leadership role, Rebecca advocates for public health through enforcement and compliance efforts with the Pennsylvania Department of Health. She holds a BA in Communication, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS) with training in motivational interviewing.
