Sandra Valdez, the Chief Operating Officer of the Spanish American Civic Association (SACA) represents the interest of the Latina/o/x community in Lancaster County. Working for SACA for the past 23 years, Sandra spent most of her career building alliances with healthcare organizations. In addition to her active participation on the Board of Directors for CPA, Sandra serves as a Council Member of East Petersburg Borough Council as well as multiple other regional boards. She is a public speaker, an avid volunteer, grandmother, and fashionista!
