Below, you’ll find general guidelines and resources applicable to our open RFPs, including: Statewide Media Campaigns (PaStop and PaStart) and the 2024 CPA Conference. Statewide Media Campaigns: PAStop & PAStart
Important Dates:
- RFP Release Date: September 10, 2023
- Submission Deadline: November 6, 2023
- Contract Duration: November 13, 2023 – October 20, 2024 (with the potential for renewal)
Soliciting Applicants for the following 5 contracted positions: 1) Research Services, 2) Evaluation Services, 3) Media Design & Placement, 4) Project Coordinator; and, 5) Strategic Messaging, Engagement, and Facilitation.
Submission Requirements for all RFPs include:
- Organization/Individual Name and Contact Information
- Samples of Relevant Work
- Outline of your Approach to the Campaigns or Conference (methodology, strategies, key considerations, etc.)
- Detailed Budget Summary
- Professional References
- Addressing Conflict of Interest
Evaluation Criteria: Submissions for all RFPs will be evaluated based on criteria such as qualifications, relevant experience, proposed methodologies, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with CPA’s mission and goals.
