We welcome applications from both established and newly forming coalitions. If your coalition is still in the early stages, please answer each question to the best of your ability, describing your progress and future plans where applicable.

Stipend
Will your coalition need the $1,000 stipend to participate in the 2026 Youth Summit?
If your coalition does not require the stipend, it allows us to invite an additional coalition to participate.
Youth Prevention Alliance (YPA) Participation
Do you have one to two students who would be willing to participate on the Youth Prevention Alliance (YPA)? (See previous page: What's New in 2026 - The Youth Prevention Alliance)

After applications close, CPA will coordinate training dates with all participating coalitions to schedule adult and YPA sessions. 

Training Commitment
Will you (or another adult leader from your coalition) and any selected YAP members commit to attending the required trainings?
