Athletes, coaches, and administrators face unique challenges when it comes to gambling, yet awareness and education remain key in protecting the integrity of the game.

This one-hour virtual training is designed to educate high school and collegiate athletes, coaches, athletic directors, administrators, trainers, compliance officers, and others within the athletic department on the risks of problematic gambling behaviors and sports betting-related concerns. Participants will gain insights into how gambling affects mental, emotional, and financial well-being while also learning about safer gambling strategies and available support networks.

What You’ll Learn

  • The impact of sports betting on mental, emotional, relational, and financial health
  • Traits that make athletes and those in athletics more vulnerable to gambling-related harms
