Carol DeMarco, MSW, is a retired school counselor who served for 25 years in the West Chester Area School District, where she supported the academic, social, and emotional well-being of students and families. She also has more than a decade of prevention experience with Family Service of Chester County, facilitating parent education groups and supporting family wellness initiatives. Earlier in her career, Carol held leadership and mediation roles within Family Court of the State of Delaware. She is the founder of POW ListenUp, author of POW! Listen Up! Pearls of Wisdom to Power Your Life, and a motivational speaker focused on resilience and emotional wellness.
