Dr. Dan Gittins work in the behavioral health field spans over 25 years and includes experience managing several programs related to sexual abuse/rape crisis, child abuse, mental health, anger management, and substance abuse. Dan also provided behavioral health consultations to school district administrations to assist in alleviating those barriers to student success. Currently, Dan heads the AOD program at Duquesne University and remains passionate about understanding the reasons for people’s behaviors and creating strategies to facilitate change to overcome the barriers to their safety and success. In addition to the CPA, Dan facilitates training at the local, state, and national levels.
